Can I form a UK company while living in Bangladesh?
UK company directors do not have to live in the UK. A compliant UK registered office is required. Clicko’s service is specifically for Bangladeshi applicants, subject to verification and an acceptable business activity.
What does the US$260 price cover?
US$260 includes the incorporation fee, initial 12-month registered-office, service-address and business-address services, digital incorporation documents, and guided formation support. First confirmation statement filing assistance is included; its statutory filing fee is separate. Account services are priced separately.
When does the 2–3 day estimate start?
After verification is complete and the required company information is ready. Additional checks and Companies House processing can affect delivery. Payment-account approval has its own timeline.
Can I use only my ePassport and bank statement?
These are part of the starting checklist, alongside your mobile, email, and company name. Company ownership, director, address, and activity details are also required. Companies House identity verification and providers may request more.
Will I automatically receive all four accounts?
No. We provide application assistance where you are eligible. Stripe, Wise, PayPal, and WorldFirst independently decide whether to approve an application. UK incorporation alone does not establish eligibility.
Will my home address stay completely private?
Address services can reduce the need to display a home address as the company’s public contact address. Statutory disclosures still apply, and verification providers may need your actual residential address.
Are renewals and tax filings included forever?
No. The package’s address services cover the initial 12 months. Renewal charges and future filing fees apply. Tax advice, accounting, and other recurring services must be agreed separately.
