FROM A LOCAL SEARCH TO A REAL CONVERSATION

Find you.
Understand you.
Choose a next step.

Accurate information and useful local pages help customers decide whether your business is right for them.

01 / DISCOVER

A relevant presence in local search.

02 / DECIDE

Clear services, locations, and business details.

03 / CONNECT

An easy route to call, visit, or enquire.

01 / BUILT AROUND THE PLACES YOU SERVE

Your neighbourhood.
Your next customer.

Local SEO helps people discover businesses connected to a place. It brings together your website and local business information so nearby customers can understand what you offer and how to reach you.

For businesses with a local connection.

You welcome customers at a shop, office, or other eligible business location and want your online information to match the real experience.

You travel to customers within a genuine service area and need people to understand where you work and what you do.

You manage several real locations and need a consistent approach with useful information for each branch.

02 / THE WORK THAT CONNECTS THE JOURNEY

One local presence.
Every detail connected.

We review your starting point, local competitors, and customer needs, then agree priorities. The scope connects your profile, website, listings, reviews, and ongoing measurement.

01

Local research and priorities

Understand the services, places, and customer questions that matter to your business. Compare relevant local competitors and map opportunities to the right pages and profile information.

02

Google Business Profile support

Review eligibility, categories, services, hours, and contact details. Support setup or improvement of an eligible profile, with accurate information and any required verification completed by the business.

03

Local pages and website experience

Create or improve useful location and service content, titles, headings, and internal links. Give each genuine location a clear purpose and make calling, visiting, or enquiring straightforward on mobile.

04

Business listings and citations

Check the business name, address, phone, and relevant directory listings for inconsistencies. Prioritize accurate, useful sources and address duplicate or outdated information where it can be managed.

05

Reviews and local credibility

Develop a practical approach to requesting honest customer feedback and responding helpfully. Identify relevant community, partner, and content opportunities to earn mentions and links.

06

Local audits and ongoing reporting

Review completed work, search visibility, website activity, and available customer actions. Track outstanding issues and explain what we recommend improving next.

03 / A PRACTICAL ROUTE FORWARD

Know your area.
Make each step clearer.

01

Understand your local presence

We review your real locations or service area, audience, website, and available profile data. Access, eligibility, and business details are confirmed before changes are planned.

02

Align the information

We agree priorities and responsibilities, then work through profile, website, listing, and content improvements. Your team confirms details that only the business can verify.

03

Review and keep it current

We monitor the agreed signals and explain progress. Hours, services, and locations change, so we make keeping information accurate part of the ongoing plan.

04 / FROM DISCOVERY TO CUSTOMER ACTION

More than
a map position.

We review relevant local searches, website visits, and profile interactions alongside enquiries, bookings, or sales where tracking is available. Calls and direction requests are useful signals, but do not by themselves prove a completed sale.

Local visibility varies by the searcher’s location, relevance, competition, and how well known a business is. We explain these limits and review changes over time without promising a map position or a fixed return.

YOUR LOCATIONS. YOUR PRIORITIES. YOUR PLAN.

A local strategy.
A defined scope.

Pricing reflects the number of locations, profile and listing condition, local competition, content needs, and implementation support. We assess the work before recommending a plan.

Your proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, and review points. Share your website, real locations or service area, and priorities so we can discuss an appropriate scope.

05 / BEFORE WE PUT THE PLAN IN MOTION

Local questions.
Straight answers.

Is every business eligible for a Google Business Profile?

No. Eligibility generally depends on serving customers in person at a real business location or travelling to them. Online-only businesses are not eligible. We check your setup before recommending profile work; website SEO can still be relevant.

Can you guarantee a top spot in Google Maps?

No. Local results depend on several factors, including relevance and distance from the person searching. We improve the information and experience within your control, then assess the available evidence.

Can you support multiple locations?

Yes. We can plan work around genuine branches, with accurate details and useful pages for each location. The proposal defines which locations and tasks are included; adding profiles for places where you do not operate is not an appropriate strategy.

How do you handle customer reviews?

We help you request feedback from real customers and respond professionally. We do not offer rewards for reviews or promise to remove legitimate negative feedback. Reviews that break platform rules can be reported through the appropriate process.

Do we need both local SEO and website SEO?

They often support the same customer journey. A profile helps people discover business details, while your website explains services and supports enquiries. We assess how both fit your goals and agree a scope without duplicating work.
