1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. However, please note that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

You may need to validate your subscription in accordance with our terms. In that case, depending on your project or service, the amount you will be refunded after we cancel your service.

Refunds for services will be provided in accordance with the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation is made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Custom website design, which we can’t sell for any other purpose, or set-up or fix any SEO or Google products as per your needs. etc. No refund will be issued in respect of services.

For subscription plans, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Clicko Limited reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, service unavailability, or other situations that may warrant a refund.

In case of PayPal payment refund, we will refund you minus cancellation fees. In that case it can change at any time.

Stripe Payment (Credit, Debit, Prepaid) Cards fees shall be excluded as the cancelation fees and you can see and understand the fees for refunded payments.

2.4.3 Bank Transfer
