Clicko Limited offers SEO, Google Ads, Website Design & Development, Social Media Marketing and related services through the Website. These services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
3. User Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
We do not make any guarantees on our work, so if you choose to use our services, take it for granted. We do not manipulate Google/or other search engines using any illegal methods.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or services offered. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or engaging in any form of data mining.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Clicko Limited and are protected.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Liability
You agree that we cannot be held liable for any results outside of our control, such as the quality of leads or sales made by your team. You acknowledge that we have no control over changes to search engine policies or algorithms.
You understand and accept that at any time the third-party search engines and platforms in their sole discretion may affect how your website content, pages, and domain are viewed and displayed and thereby, your website may lose rankings or be excluded from search results at the sole discretion of the search engines. You agree to not hold us liable for any such negative impact on your rankings. We assume no responsibility for the actions and algorithms of these search engines and platforms.
Provided that we upheld our obligations hereunder, you agree that no refunds or discounts will be given for any negative impact on the part of any search engine. While we will provide professional advice in relation to the Services on a continual basis, you certify that we have not given nor implied any guarantees regarding your website rankings in search engines due to these beyond our scope and control.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or seeks to exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.1. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Contract where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that Party.
Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strike, lockout, civil unrest, acts of malicious computer programs and code (including but not limited to viruses, Trojan horses, worms, malicious macros, and scripts), shortages, accidents, casualties, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, epidemics or any other event beyond the control of the Party in question.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Digital Services Orders
- You will be reimbursed if you change your mind about your purchase; however, Refunds will only be made in respect of those services, if we continue to fail to provide the services to you as per our promise.
- If you have a subscription, and we make less than twenty (20) percent of your work, you can apply to us for a refund policy. However, if it is more than this, you will not receive any refund.
- No refund requests are accepted for customized or personalized services.
8.2. Non-Refundable Products/Services
In our working progress, we have to purchase various products/services such as Themes, Plugins, Tools, Software, Software As Service (SaaS) etc. Which is often non-refundable. As a result, you can request a refund from us as per their product/service refund policy as a result of purchasing them for your business. If it is acceptable, it will be refunded to you minus our service charge.

9.1. PayPal
- You can pay for our services from almost any country in the world through PayPal.
- Policies of UK PayPal will be accepted.
9.2. Stripe
- You can pay with your Credit, Debit, Prepaid card. For this purpose you can complete the payment through e-wallets like AliPay, ApplePay, GPay, WePay etc.
- Policies of UK Stripe will be accepted.
9.3. Bank Transfer
- Direct transfer from your USA, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, to local bank.
- Any of your invoices will not be “Paid” until the amount clears the company bank. In that case it may take 3-7 days.
10. Changes to Terms
Clicko Limited reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
